-Jun is basically anything fried in an egg batter-

Ingredients:

  • 200g (a little less than a half a pound) ground beef or pork
  • A large slab of tofu
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tblsp. chopped green onions
  • 1 tblsp. crushed garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • Vegetable oil
  • Flour


Directions:

1. Smash the tofu in a cotton cloth.

2. Mix the green onions, garlic, salt, pepper, tofu and sesame oil with the meat.

3. Roll meat into about 3cm (1 1/4 inch) balls.

4. Sprinkle flour over the balls and dip them into the stirred eggs.

5. Put a little vegetable oil on a heated pan and fry the meatballs to taste.
