Dwaeji Bulgogi (돼지 불고기)
Grilled Pork

Ingredients:

  • 600g (1.32lb) pork sirloin

Dressing:

  • 2 tblsp. powdered red pepper - gochu karoo
  • 2 tblsp. red pepper paste - gochu-jang
  • 3 tblsp. sugar
  • 2 tblsp. chopped garlic
  • 2 tblsp. ground ginger
  • 2 tblsp. red wine
  • 4 tblsp. chopped green onions
  • 1 tblsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tblsp. sesame oil
  • a dash of pepper


Directions:

1. Cut meat in about 0.3cm thick pieces.

2. Knead meat with the dressing you prepared and tap meat with the dull side of a knife a few times.

3. Leave it for a hour and then cook on a grill until well done.
