Nuhbi-Ani Gu-e
Grilled Beef

Ingredients:

  • 600g (1.32lb) beef tender loin or sirloin

Dressing:

  • 5 tblsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 pear (ground)
  • 4 tblsp. chopped green onion
  • 2 tblsp. crushed garlic
  • 2 tblsp. powdered sesame seed
  • 2 tblsp. sugar
  • a dash of sesame seed oil and black pepper


Directions:

1. Remove fat from the meat. Cut meat in 0.3-0.5cm thick strips. Tap the meat a few times with the dull side of a knife to soften.

2. Prepare the dressing.

3. Knead the meat with the dressing, then set aside for an hour to marinate.

4. Heat a pan and put the meat in it. Cook it on one side then flip it over and cook the other side.

5. Cook to taste.
