600g (1.32lb) beef tender loin or sirloin

Dressing:
5 tblsp. soy sauce
1/2 pear (ground)
4 tblsp. chopped green onion
2 tblsp. crushed garlic
2 tblsp. powdered sesame seed
2 tblsp. sugar
A dash of sesame seed oil and black pepper

 


1. Remove fat of the meat. Cut meat in 0.3-0.5cm thick strips. Tap the meat a few times with the dull side of a knife.

2. With the dressing you prepared, add 5tblsp. pear.

3. Knead the meat with the dressing and tap it a few times with the dull side of a knife and set aside for an hour.

4. Heat a pan and put the meat in it. Cook it on one side then flip it over and cook the other side.

5. Cook to taste.
