200g (a little less than a half
a pound) ground beef or pork |
1. Smash the tofu in a cotton cloth. 2. Mix the green onions, garlic, salt, pepper, tofu and sesame oil with the meat. 3. Roll meat into about 3cm (1 1/4 inch) balls. 4. Sprinkle flour over the balls and dip them into the stirred eggs. 5. Put a little vegetable oil on a heated pan and fry the meatballs to taste. |
