600g (1.32lb) pork sirloin


11/2 tblsp. soy bean paste - dwoen-jang
1 tblsp. soy sauce
1/2 tblsp. red wine
1 tblsp. chopped green onions
1 tblsp. crushed garlic
1 tblsp. starch syrup (glucose) - mool-yut
1/2 tblsp. powdered sesame seed
1/2tblsp. sesame oil
A dash of pepper


1. Cut the meat in about 0.3cm thick pieces.

2. Knead meat with the dressing you prepared and tap meat with the dull side of a knife a few times.

3. Leave it for an hour and then cook to taste.
