600g (1.32lb) pork sirloin


2 tblsp. powdered red pepper - gochu karoo
2 tblsp. red pepper paste - gochu-jang
3 tblsp. sugar
2 tblsp. chopped garlic
2 tblsp. ground ginger
2 tblsp. red wine
4 tblsp. chopped green onions
1 tblsp. soy sauce
1 tblsp. sesame oil
A dash of pepper


1. Cut meat in about 0.3cm thick pieces.

2. Knead meat with the dressing you prepared and tap meat with the dull side of a knife a few times.

3. Leave it for a hour and then cook on a grill until well done.
