Cooking

 

6 eggs
5 tblsp. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
Vegetable oil

 

1. Stir eggs and add salt and sugar.

2. Fry 2/3 of #1 on a heated oily pan.

3. Turn it over 3 or 4 times until it's almost cooked and then push it to a corner of the pan.

4. Pour a few more drops of oil on the pan. Pour the rest of #1 and repeat the process again.

5. When it's completely cooked, cut it up and serve on a warm plate.
