You will need to: find the best airline, hotel, tour, etc... prices write down your airline and hotel schedules and costs write down the schedule for your tours and activities figure out how much your trip will cost Take good notes as you plan your trip - you will need to explain clearly to your teacher and classmates what you're going to do.
